The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Thomasville, NC; compensation is $41–$47 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections
• perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures
• coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• supervise, mentor, and support nursing assistants and clinical staff
• maintain clinical documentation and resident records
• communicate status changes
• ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards of care.

Why this role
