Project Director – Commercial Millwork

The Project Director – Commercial Millwork role is primarily office-based with field travel, based in Lakewood, CO, in the Rocky Mountain region. The stated base salary is $150,000–$190,000 per year, with a discretionary 15–20% bonus. Edge Construction Specialties delivers commercial finish carpentry and architectural woodwork across the region and is 100% employee-owned. The director leads a portfolio of complex projects and the team responsible for delivery, with accountability for strategy, financial performance, client relationships, staffing, risk, and execution. The role also co-leads Project Management standards and coordinates with purchasing, engineering, field supervision, and accounting to deliver projects effectively.

What you'll do

• Lead portfolio strategy, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, WIP reporting, schedules, and closeout
• review contracts and change orders
• manage client relationships and project risks
• co-lead the Project Management department
• coordinate with purchasing, engineering, field supervision, and accounting
• reinforce safety expectations
• and mentor project managers and project engineers.
