What you'll do

• Safely shuttle customers to and from Toyota of Iowa City while vehicles are serviced
• pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments as needed
• provide professional customer service
• coordinate with Service Advisors
• operate a variety of customer vehicles
• help maintain the customer lounge and service drive
• refill coffee and customer amenities
• assist with other transportation and service department support as needed.

Why this role

Part-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–5:30 PM. Previous shuttle, delivery, transportation, valet, porter, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
