What you'll do

• Lead field engineering, construction technology, and construction data analytics functions
• establish field engineering standards
• support constructability reviews, sequencing, and execution planning
• guide BIM/VDC and digital tool adoption
• oversee dashboards, KPIs, and Power BI analytics
• establish technical governance
• support technical risk mitigation and project closeout
• partner with safety and quality teams
• and mentor technical staff and leaders.
