What you'll do

• Direct daily Engineering and Facilities operations
• oversee maintenance response, work orders, staffing priorities, and service quality
• ensure safe and reliable operation of building, utility, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems
• lead preventive maintenance
• coordinate inspections, repairs, testing, and compliance documentation
• supervise staff and coordinate contractors
• support construction and renovation projects
• assist with budgeting, capital planning, equipment replacement, and cost tracking
• respond to facility emergencies and after-hours issues as needed.
