What you'll do

• Perform basic housekeeping duties as needed
• inspect rooms daily
• supervise and follow up with room inspectors, room attendants, housepersons, and laundry attendants
• manage department uniforms and supplies
• forecast and control budgets
• ensure guest-service expectations are met
• control purchases
• prepare staff schedules based on budgets and forecasts
• manage recruiting, onboarding, evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
