What you'll do

• Lead local market operations, including launch, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement, and ongoing performance
• help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• coach employees, conduct performance check-ins, and set goals
• recognize team accomplishments
• prepare and present reports
• support operational work alongside Advocates, including washing and delivering vehicles
• improve production and customer and employee experiences
• and manage complex customer-facing issues.
