What you'll do

• Manage assisted living community operations

• assess resident needs and develop programs supporting independence and quality of life
• address resident and family concerns
• lead, recruit, train, and supervise staff
• ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation
• develop emergency plans
• manage budgets, occupancy, maintenance, and strategic initiatives
• coordinate with home care providers as needed.
