What you'll do

• Manage the CORE Inside Sales team and weekly customer satisfaction process
• serve as primary client-team contact for project work
• guide Brand Ambassadors through meetings and check-ins
• oversee schedules, punctuality, materials, and activation-site setup
• model consumer interactions
• resolve staffing and logistical issues
• review schedules and timesheets
• track KPIs and report regional performance
• gather field feedback and photos
• travel regularly and extensively to activation sites.
