The Activity Aide - Lancaster is an onsite role based in Lancaster, OH. Compensation is $13.00 per hour. This role supports the activity department at Luxe Rehabilitation & Care Center. This role exists to enhance the quality of life for residents by coordinating and leading engaging activities. The aide works closely with other disciplines to ensure residents participate in meaningful programs that promote social interaction and well-being.

What you'll do

• Complete documentation and maintain attendance records on each resident as directed by the Activity Director
• Lead group activities and work individually with residents who do not participate in groups
• Coordinate activities with respect to other disciplines, such as nursing and dietary
• Keep all supplies and equipment orderly and clean
• Maintain confidentiality of resident's files and family situations
• Project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff/residents in a positive manner
• Perform additional list of responsibilities in accordance with talents and capabilities.
