What you'll do

• Lead the performance of your equipment center area, supporting the front‑line team in safely operating and maintaining production equipment while driving improvements in area results.
• Maintain and improve critical control points to consistently meet Safety, Quality, and Performance targets.
• Uphold all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Ensure consistent execution of preventative maintenance activities.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to reduce losses and close KPI gaps.
• Apply data collection, analysis, and visualization to identify trends and support corrective actions.
• Review production plans and coordinate labor and equipment to meet schedule requirements.
• Manage area financial performance by monitoring key cost drivers and identifying savings opportunities.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree

Experience

Bachelor's degree required; a concentration in engineering or related field is strongly preferred; Working knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent platforms preferred; 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a technical environment; Strong analytical and communication skills; Proven leadership experience; Highly self‑driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities; Experience with data collection, analysis, and dashboard visualization practices; Demonstrated experience using Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
