This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The Journeyman contributes to team goals by performing technical tasks, interpreting blueprints, and mentoring apprentices to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
- read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- install conduit, wiring, panels, and lighting
- ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
- coordinate with project managers
- mentor apprentices
- follow OSHA safety policies.
