The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is based in Albuquerque, NM, with in-person services in homes, schools, and community settings throughout New Mexico. Pay is $20–$29 per hour. Total Care ABA supports children with autism and their families through individualized services and professional development. The RBT provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, implements BCBA-developed treatment plans, and records client progress. The work supports children’s communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in collaboration with families and clinical team members.

What you'll do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
• implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• collect and document client data and progress
• support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• collaborate with families and clinical team members
• travel locally to client homes and community settings as required
• participate in staff training and continued learning.
