What you'll do

• Train and coach team members
• model and reinforce guest service, cleanliness, food quality, and food safety standards
• coordinate team coverage and restaurant roles
• assist with order taking and cashiering during busy periods
• monitor order accuracy and address errors
• complete the Food Safety Checklist each shift
• support front- and back-of-restaurant duties as assigned.
