What you'll do

• Develop new business through prospecting, calls, networking, referrals, and customer visits
• identify commercial HVAC opportunities
• assess customer needs
• recommend service agreements, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and replacements
• work with service leaders and estimators on proposals
• maintain a sales pipeline and CRM records
• and build customer relationships.
