What you'll do

• Supervise HR operations staff and departmental workflow
• collaborate with senior staff on retention, professional development, productivity, and quality-of-care strategies
• oversee onboarding, orientation, training, and staff safety programs
• manage HRIS updates, reporting, and employee records
• coordinate payroll, benefits, and offboarding
• support employee and labor relations
• and ensure compliance with workers’ compensation and employment regulations.
