What you'll do

• Lead safe, enjoyable, and educational group classes
• answer participant questions and support health and wellness goals
• maintain knowledge of wellness trends
• build relationships and community among members
• adapt instruction to participants’ capabilities and needs
• record attendance
• follow YMCA policies and procedures
• respond to emergencies and resolve member issues professionally.
