What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
• delegate tasks and support productivity across departments
• resolve routine guest concerns and make operational decisions within company guidelines
• serve as an authorized key holder and complete opening and closing procedures once trained and approved
• verify cash handling and facility security
• ensure cleaning checklists are completed
• report equipment, maintenance, and safety concerns
• coach team members and reinforce company policies
• monitor food quality, guest experience, order accuracy, sanitation, and safety
• provide shift updates and communicate staffing and performance issues.
