Talent Development & Community Program Manager

The Talent Development & Community Program Manager role is onsite in Denver, CO, with remote work anywhere in Colorado or a hybrid arrangement also available. The annual base salary range is $125,000–$135,000. Evolve’s mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone through experiences for owners and guests. The manager builds and measures learning, leadership, onboarding, community, and culture programs. The role connects employee development with company culture and community, while creating systems and experiences that support a distributed workforce.

What you'll do

• Design and measure talent and leadership development strategy
• lead new-hire orientation
• build and facilitate leadership programs
• plan in-person and virtual company events
• oversee Employee Resource Groups and related DEIB initiatives
• engage employees in corporate social responsibility work
• use AI and other tools to scale programs, automate logistics, create content, and track impact.

Why this role

Applicants must live in an approved U.S. location by their first day; hiring is available nationwide except D.C. and Hawaii, with some state compensation restrictions. Colorado-based employees may work remotely statewide, from the Denver office, or hybrid.
