The Home Caregiver role is onsite in Franklin, TN, with a consistent schedule every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; pay is $16–$22 per hour. The caregiver supports a client in the Franklin area through Helping Hearts’ one-on-one home-care services. The caregiver provides hands-on daily living assistance, close fall-risk supervision, safe transfers, and companionship. The role helps maintain the client’s safety, dignity, and familiar routine while following the care plan and reporting changes promptly.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, and transfers
• provide close supervision and fall prevention
• offer companionship
• prepare simple meals and encourage hydration
• perform light housekeeping
• observe and report changes or incidents
• complete care notes and electronic visit verification
• and follow approved transfer procedures and the care plan.

Why this role

Must reliably work all three scheduled days and be comfortable working in a home with a small dog. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, background screening, and current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it as required. Transfer-equipment experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
