Store Manager

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and profit goals

• enforce operational and personnel policies
• build customer relationships
• oversee inventory and buybacks
• explain technical issues and repair estimates

• maintain customer and repair records in the point-of-sale system
• maintain store appearance
• assist assigned stores as needed
• hire, discipline, and terminate staff.
