What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and make only authorized substitutions
• serve appetizing meals using portion-control procedures
• prepare therapeutic diets and follow special diet orders
• work on the tray line as needed
• inspect special diet trays
• prepare and serve residents’ nutritional bedtime snacks
• provide appropriate equipment and utensils.
