What you'll do

• Assess project needs and develop plans
• build and maintain design and construction teams
• present implementation plans, budgets, and schedules for approval
• coordinate stakeholders
• maintain project documentation and reporting
• manage schedule and budget updates
• support pre-development budgets and schedules
• partner with development, investment, brokerage, leasing, property management, accounting, and contractor teams
• coach and mentor project staff.
