The Behavioral Health Counselor role is onsite in Denver, CO. The salary range is $55,000–$59,000 per year. What you'll do

  • Identify guests and residents who need behavioral health support
  • conduct intake screenings and clinical assessments
  • provide counseling and crisis support
  • refer clients to community services when more comprehensive support is needed
  • develop and monitor individualized care plans
  • document progress and goals
  • facilitate individual counseling, life-skills sessions, and group therapy as appropriate
  • attend staff and clinical meetings and supervision.
