Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine semi-skilled maintenance such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing
• inspect facilities and HVAC equipment
• complete basic repairs
• oversee contractors or vendors when needed
• follow OSHA safety rules
• use power and shop tools
• document maintenance and complete work orders and cGMP paperwork.
