What you'll do

• Coordinate service-team activities and property upkeep, inventory, and repairs
• perform maintenance work involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances
• schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work
• support quality control and property procedures.
