Tax Senior / Tax Manager — Fully Remote (U.S.)

The Tax Senior / Tax Manager role is fully remote across the U.S. Compensation is $90,000–$130,000 per year. The position supports a women-owned CPA firm delivering tax and advisory services through a remote-first, cloud-based model. This role prepares and reviews tax-related work for individual, partnership, and corporate clients, answers client accounting and tax questions, and contributes to accurate filings and timely tax planning. It also supports improvements to tax department workflows and collaborative client service.

What you'll do

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• review bookkeeping and prepare adjusting journal entries as needed
• prepare client document request lists, quarterly tax projections, estimated tax calculations, sales and use tax returns, 1099s, and city business license renewals
• assist clients with tax and accounting questions
• research complex tax issues and document findings for management review
• help improve tax department workflows
• collaborate with team members on client service.
