What you'll do

• Manage and develop Supplier Quality Engineers
• own supplier quality programs and corrective action review
• establish supplier quality KPIs
• maintain the QMS and compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable standards
• manage internal and external audits
• improve document management
• partner on training
• oversee calibration and operate the QC Lab
• establish safety programs across U.S. and Mexico facilities
• manage safety documentation, training, inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting
• ensure job safety analyses
• develop Emergency Response Teams
• serve as U.S. OSHA subject matter expert
• manage safety KPIs and safety data sheets
• support environmental code compliance and subcontractor safety.
