Job overview

The role tracks maintenance data and coordinates with technicians, inspectors, vendors, and leadership to resolve documentation gaps and support audits.
What you'll do
- Collect, review, and process aircraft maintenance records
- maintain digital and physical records
- enter data into maintenance tracking systems
- track component times, cycles, and life-limited parts
- prepare aircraft status and inspection reports
- assist with audits and FAA inspections
- identify missing documentation and coordinate corrections
- communicate with maintenance personnel and vendors.
