What you'll do

• Complete patient assessments, vital signs, and pre-examination procedures
• document objective and subjective data
• assist providers with consultations, treatment, procedures, and follow-up
• provide health counseling and instruction to patients and caregivers
• support medication reconciliation, management, compliance, inventory, and education
• follow OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA requirements
• and provide customer service. The position may include call triage for urgent appointments, referrals, insurance pre-certification, and documentation.
