• Diagnose and troubleshoot copiers, scanners, printers, wide-format devices, and fax machines
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• manage service tickets and parts documentation
• update firmware and replace parts
• maintain service vehicle inventory
• communicate repair status to customers.
