Activities Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating community activity programs
• observe and document resident attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
• support resident care plans, hobbies, crafts, and one-on-one visits
• coordinate with families and other departments
• refer residents or families to social services when needed
• transport residents using the shuttle bus.
