The specialist combines consumer loan underwriting, processing, compliance review, reporting, and training to support accurate lending decisions and consistent loan operations. The position also develops and delivers training for Retail Lenders and supports loan software and documentation processes.

What you'll do

• Review and underwrite loan and credit card applications under established guidelines
• process home equity, HELOC, and other consumer loans
• prepare disclosures and loan documentation
• review files for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• train Retail Lenders and develop course materials
• track loan exceptions and portfolio maturities
• support loan software testing and troubleshooting.
