What you'll do
- Provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts
- assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- supervise LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs, and other direct-care staff
- assign and direct work based on resident needs and staff capabilities
- adjust staffing and break schedules
- arrange replacements as needed
- complete performance evaluations and provide input on personnel decisions
- oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.
