What you'll do

• Represent Heartland REMC and Heartland Highspeed Fiber professionally to visitors and contacts
• assist members with establishing, maintaining, and disconnecting electric and fiber services
• help with billing, payment arrangements, and account information
• promote consumer programs
• listen and respond courteously to comments and complaints
• resolve issues within the role’s scope or refer them to appropriate cooperative personnel
• be willing to work at either office.
