What you'll do

• Organize programs and activities around organizational and customer goals
• work with the Vice President of Sales to develop a method for evaluating program strengths and improvement opportunities
• coordinate cross-functional and external activities against objectives and timelines
• report program status, needs, and risks
• maintain program documentation
• facilitate forecasting reports with the S&OP Team
• work with Commercial and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues.
