What you'll do

• Facilitate assigned medium-size proposals and projects using PMI-based methods and industry practices
• draft project plans, resource strategies, and funding estimates
• plan phases and assess business implications
• manage scope and authorized changes
• forecast resource needs
• advise technical staff and liaise between business and technical teams
• monitor schedules and budgets and alert the BPA Manager to concerns
• coordinate meetings and subteams
• maintain project documents, workflows, issue and risk logs, contingency plans, reports, and records
• support change management and business analysis.
