The Light Gauge Steel Framing Manufacturing Technician role is onsite in Wauchula, FL. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The position supports production of steel wall panel systems and trusses used in residential and commercial construction projects. The technician assembles and prepares fabricated components for production, using technical drawings and specialized equipment. The role contributes to accurate, safe production of building systems through careful measurements, quality checks, and adherence to shop safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Read shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• assemble wall panels and trusses
• operate and maintain cold-roll forming, shearing, braking, power, and spray-foam equipment
• measure and inspect assemblies
• handle materials safely
• support loading and unloading
• and maintain a clean, organized work area.
