Prepared Foods Team Lead

What you'll do

• Help lead daily kitchen and prepared foods operations
• prepare, cook, package, and display meals and side dishes
• maintain food quality, freshness, presentation, and portion sizes
• coordinate daily preparation and production
• train and support team members
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• monitor inventory, rotate products, and help control waste
• maintain clean work areas and displays
• assist customers and communicate department needs to store management.
