What you'll do

• Set up and tear down events
• clean equipment and site areas
• troubleshoot order, delivery, communication, point-of-sale, onsite technology, and TV menu issues
• conduct promotions and mobile-app coaching
• provide onsite customer service
• audit restaurant event setups
• escalate issues to the Operations Manager.
