What you'll do

• Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod
• remove litter and trash
• clean common areas and grounds
• perform non-technical plumbing, electrical, and appliance maintenance
• assist with painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
• care for tools, equipment, and supplies.
