What you'll do

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food preparation tools
• operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
• keep dish areas, sinks, floors, and trash areas clean and organized
• put away deliveries and organize dry storage
• assist with basic cleaning and prep tasks
• follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• assist with closing and deep cleaning as scheduled
• assist the Pitmaster with back-of-house duties as they arise.
