What you'll do

• Develop targeted strategies to reduce problematic behaviors and encourage productive behaviors
• advise and counsel teachers and students on disciplinary issues under academy guidelines
• work with students and professionals to assess behavior and create individualized plans
• contact parents about discipline referrals
• track referrals in the database
• coordinate and implement plans
• develop behavior-assessment strategies with administrators
• support advisory activities and report progress
• connect families with community services
• collaborate with community agencies.
