What you'll do

• Coach and develop Back of House team members
• lead pre-shift meetings
• schedule cooks and dough production
• maintain staffing and labor targets
• monitor inventory, ordering, and receiving
• maintain an organized and clean kitchen
• ensure recipes and standards are followed
• monitor ticket flow, food quality, and service speed
• lead food safety and sanitation
• manage food cost and inventory performance
• partner with the General Manager on restaurant goals.
