What you'll do

• Develop and execute change strategy, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption roadmaps
• design communications and training
• identify and address resistance
• measure and report change effectiveness
• partner with the Agile Program Manager, Agile Coaches, leadership, and impacted teams.
