What you'll do

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle third-party property damage claims
• investigate and report on incidents that may lead to litigation
• review and tender cases involving contractors and insurance carriers
• interview employees and third parties
• analyze claims data for trends and lessons learned and present findings
• review internal and external records related to investigations, liability, damage evaluation, negotiation, and settlements.
