What you'll do

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• perform daily accounting functions and general ledger maintenance
• assist with payroll reconciliations
• reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• support month-end and year-end close
• prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• assist with financial reporting and analysis
• ensure transactions are accurately coded and recorded
• support audits, tax filings, compliance, and multi-entity accounting and consolidation.
