The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager – Plastics role is onsite in Coloma, MI. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The position is recruited by Express Employment Professionals for an established plastics manufacturing client in Southwest Michigan. The manager leads maintenance personnel and oversees equipment reliability in blow molding operations. Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with production help keep manufacturing operations safe, efficient, and running with minimal downtime.

What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop maintenance personnel
• manage preventive maintenance programs
• oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of blow molding machinery, production equipment, and facility systems
• coordinate priorities with production management
• manage parts and supplies
• coordinate contractors and improvement projects
• ensure OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, and ISO 9001 compliance
• maintain records and identify performance and safety improvements.
