Long Wall develops missile defense technology, including the Cyclops interceptor. As the technical authority for Cyclops, this role owns the product’s technical baseline and integrates engineering, mission assurance, and program work into a coherent execution plan. It supports technical integrity and mission success through disciplined decisions, reviews, and coordination across engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Own Cyclops system architecture, requirements, technical baseline, and verification strategy
• maintain technical configuration and evaluate design changes
• lead technical decisions across engineering disciplines
• coordinate requirements traceability and verification planning
• partner with mission assurance on reliability, safety, readiness, and risk
• lead technical reviews
• resolve cross-functional technical issues and design trades
• represent product technical status to leadership, stakeholders, and government customers
• mentor engineering leads.
