Construction Project Superintendent

The Construction Project Superintendent is an onsite position based in Salem, OR, with compensation of $4,000 to $5,000 per month. This role supports the Alpha Construction LLC team in overseeing daily construction site operations. The role exists to serve as the primary link between the general contractor and subcontractors. The superintendent manages site logistics, enforces safety standards, ensures quality control, and troubleshoots challenges to ensure project completion.
